Join this magical two-hour experience of Somatic Breathwork, movement, cold plunge & sauna scheduled on 04/28/2024.
We begin with mindful movement and breathwork before entering the contrasting elements of the sauna and cold tub. You will be guided through different styles of breathing to activate the parasympathetic system while submerging yourself in cold water. We include sound bowls to elevate your experience during your journey. Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment experience that brings you out of your thinking mind and into your body's electrical network through the breath. It is a powerful practice that offers your body a chance to close the stress cycle and release stagnant energies, connecting with your heart and soul's true purpose.
