Upon payment of the franchise fee, we set an expedited timeline of 3-4 months for opening your franchise. Our turnkey system covers everything from facility design to operational setup, facilitated by our experienced team. Each territory is different but to start there is an initial (minimum) $50,000 franchise fee (per location - discounted at the territory level) which allows for a turn key investment with a 7.5x multiple. After this the yearly reoccurring franchise fee is 6% of gross sales and a 2% brand fee.
Start-Up Costs can vary from 60,000 to 100,000 depending on leases, equipments, and add-ons
So the all in estimated cost is just over $100,000 with an initial estimated payback period of 1 year.
